Klypp.ai is an AI-powered carousel content generation platform. We use third-party AI services (including Anthropic's Claude) to generate text and image content based on your inputs. You acknowledge that:

We reserve the right to suspend your access immediately and without notice for violations of this section.
Klypp.ai may offer integrations with third-party platforms including TikTok and Instagram. When you connect a social media account, you authorize us to post content on your behalf as directed by you. You remain solely responsible for all content posted to your social media accounts. Your use of TikTok features is also subject to TikTok's Terms of Service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or Meta.
Your content: You retain ownership of all content you input into the Service ("Input") and, subject to these Terms, the AI-generated output produced for you ("Output"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your Input solely to provide the Service.
Our property: The Klypp.ai platform, branding, software, topic databases, and all associated intellectual property belong to JRV Properties LLC. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
AI-generated output: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Output complies with applicable laws. We make no warranties regarding the intellectual property status of AI-generated content.
Klypp.ai offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
Each plan includes a monthly carousel generation limit that resets on the first day of each calendar month. Unused generations do not carry over. We reserve the right to modify plan limits with reasonable notice.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR APPROPRIATE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JRV PROPERTIES LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JRV Properties LLC and its owners, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) content you generate, post, or distribute; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third party's rights.
Klypp.ai integrates with third-party services including Anthropic (AI), Stripe (payments), TikTok, and Instagram. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by emailing registered users. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which JRV Properties LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
